Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Stuart and Sue took on Yarnfest in October 2015 and since then it's been a blast. Neither of us ever having worked in the retail sector we were both well out of our comfort zones. But being an avid crafter for many years for me it was like walking into Aladdin's cave!
So now we have a shop but what to fill it with. There is just so much choice around. So we sat and worked out our business model. We want to cater for all knitters and crocheters no matter what level, so we decided to stock with a balanced range from value acyclic to 100% pure new British Wool.
Our ethos as a business is to keep it local, keep it authentic and keep it eco where ever possible and excellent customer service. It's the sort of shop you can wander into and ask advice or for help which is one of our best selling points. I'm a knitter and crocheter who loves a good ball of yarn to play with. I'm also a bit of a yarn snob and love to work with luxury high end hand dyed yarn, which you will find some of in my shop.
So from the baby ranges to the luxury you're sure to find something to inspire your next project.
